Just goofing around with DVD Price Search and I came up with the percentages of DVDs 30%-40%-50%-60% off at the various stores. (This isn't totally scientific because of the way that search engine works, MSRP reductions, etc.)
I've ranked them here, giving most of the emphasis to 40% off titles (feeling this is the best indicator of a store's commitment to low prices). I wanted to give credit for 30% off titles and yet not just reward the biggest stores for being big. Also, I didn't want to over-reward the 50% and 60% off titles, because these are often budget DVDs that never show up near their actual MSRPs.
Here's the system I used:
1 point for every 30% off title
3 points for every 40% off title
4 points for every 50% off title
5 points for every 60% off title

I have also never shopped at Direct Video but saw they had some low prices in the past. I will check them out soon.
