Considering placing an order at Express but have a question on shipping. How do they handle out of stock items? Do they hold up your entire order? Do they ship at extra cost? Ship at no additional cost? One of the things I like about buy.com (yes, I like them) is that they send along items that are not in stock when you order, as they become available at no additional cost. So, how does Express handle this? I saw nothing about it on their site. Info appreciated.

Back when I ordered from Express.com, I remember having the option of shipping complete or shipping partial.

Unlike Buy.com....unless you select ship once all titles are available....they will charge you more for multiple shipments!!!
