I have a coupon for $20 off $50 at express.com. It expires on Wednesday November 15,2000. I have not ordered from them before and was wondering what other people's experinces has been with them(both good and bad!!) I can only use this coupon on "in stock" stuff only !!Please help as I would like to use this coupon ASAP!!Thank you !!

From recent people's experiences, it would be "at own risk", so you better pay by credit (not debit) card. My last order was Green Legend Ran, which was to have been released at a lowered price on August 29th. I didn't receive it until the end of September. According to http://www.dvdtalk.com/store.html , they are in DVD Purgatory at this time, and some suppliers have then on a COD status according to Video Business.

a year ago, they used to have the fastest turnaround of any site i dealt with. now, i've had 'Element of Crime' on pre-order since mid-summer (released in September) and it has yet to ship...

good luck finding anything in stock so you can even use that coupon 
i was also shocked to see (but others have pointed this out as well) that multi-disk sets get charged shipping PER DISC. so if you buy brazil criterion, you pay shipping for 3 discs, not just one... i'd be really careful before jumping on this "bargain"
