I have a question. If you order 2 DVD's on pre-order that aren't released on the same date, will buy.com wait until the later date to send the products or will they send them separately according to the release date of each. example:
I bought MI:2, which releases on 11/7 and Perfect Storm which releases on 11/14. Will they wait until 11/14 and just send both of them, or will they send them each on there respective release dates of 11/7 for MI2 and 11/14 for Perfect Storm? Thanks

They ship each product as it becomes available. It is really a nice part of their shipping policy. So expect the dvd on Friday or Sat before the release date. (USUALLY) <HR>
But they still only bill you for one shipping charge?

Yeah.. what the person above me said.
I ordered 8 DVD's using the $30 off $150 coupon. I am kicking myself for not doing it last weekend during the free shipping. Oh well. Shipping was $9.60.
Of the 8, only 2 were pre-orders. 3 of them are backordered and 3 shipped yesterday.
So.. they ship as the item comes available.
I'm hoping my 3 come tomorrow as items usually take 2 days from their warehouse in TX.

They send them as they become available in the warehouse. Shipping is charged once, when you place your order

Where I live I usually get mine on Sat or Mon before release date exactly three days from the time they ship.

I ordered Amercian Beauty and Gladiator last Tuesday. My order status has said "Sent to Warehouse" for the past week. I called them to see what their shipping policy is and the CS rep told me they ship as items are available. When I ordered these, it said American Beauty usually ships within 24-48 hours. I wonder if it will ever ship.

My experience is that Buy.com only charges shipping on the DVDs they shipped, not when I placed the order.
I once ordered 2 DVDs ($3.90 shipping) and used a $10 off $30 coupon: 1 $14.99 (released) and the other $16.99 (pre-order). Here's how they charged me:
1. $6.82 for the released DVD ($14.99 + 1.83 S&H - $10 coupon)
2. $19.06 for the pre-order DVD ($16.99 + $2.07 S&H).
