I'm wondering if anyone else has had any luck getting their recalled copies of 'Leon' replaced by DVDEmpire. I bought mine from them a couple of months ago and when I found out about the recall they said they'd gladly replace it. But when I sent it back they just shipped me another bad copy. I emailed them back and they apologized and said they did have the corrected disks in stock. So I sent it back again but now it's been almost four weeks and they haven't shipped the disk, they just tell me they're returns department is backed up. It would be just nice to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Forward me your information.....let me see what I can do. The Leon problem is taking a larger portion of the returns department time and we obviously do not want your experience to be less than satisfactory because of a studio error.
I will need:
Order Number
Date and method your package was returned
Best Regards,

Was looking to get a replacement copy of Leon because Express.com was taking forever to deliver a replacement - so I looked at Empire. I noticed the UPC for Leon on their website is for the defected copy. I e-mailed Empire about this discrepancy and their reply was that the fixed copy has the same UPC, only the product code was different. Only problem is that the fixed copy has a different UPC code! May be this confusion on their part is part of why they're still shipping out the defective copy. Needless to say, I decided to get Leon elsewhere.

We no longer have the defectives in stock....I am sure of it. Again, if there are any specific problems....please just e-mail me and I will direct the message to our lead CSR.
