The Idiots/Buy.com dilemma

Since The Idiots release was set back indefinitely and I picked just about the worst place to order it from....
Do you think that they will substitute the $14.99 Idiots preorder with something else if I call them? I used one of the $20/100 coupons and I'll wait till everything else ships before trying this....
Just wondering...I know Buy can be a bear to try to cancel an order with, but has anyone had success with a substitution? I'd rather get another title right now than wait for Idiots uncertain new release date.

They supposedly cancelled my Legend preorder which is the last title in the order that has not shipped yet....when you look at the online status, it shows on order!!! I guess I will see what happens with it down the road when an official release date is announced!!! 
I have never tried to substitute anything with them before so be cautious!!!
