DO NOT Order from these jerks! They charged my card 3 weeks ago and never shipped. I have been e-mailing them and FINALLY got a response today.

In short, "We don't have the DVDs you ordered." Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted a refund! NO JUST KEEP MY MONEY, WOULD YOU LIKE MORE?

I have had this same experience. My movie is on "backorder" and they have supposed to credit back my CC. I am thinking I will never see my order.

There prices were too low to be true. The box set I was ordering was VHS, but was still $40-50 cheaper than any other etailer or b&m. Too good to be true I guess.

hmmm... I preordered MIB LE from them and got it on release day no problem. They did charge my credit card at order time, though. I recently made another order (Fantasia Anthology) from them with their $10 off $30 coupon. I sure hope it goes through.

Hey, guys. Long time lurker here, first time poster. Great Forum!!

Anyway, I'll have to go along with some of the earlier posts on MovieSource.com .

I ordered Toy Story Ultimate Box from them (Showed shipping date of 2-3 from release) and it never arrived. Called and found out it's backordered and they have no idea when it will be in.

To make matters worse, they not only charged my card before shipping it, they screwed up and charged me twice for the same order.

I got T2-UE from them because they gave me a 10 off 20 coupon. Unfortunately, it had a Canadian street date so I got it a few weeks later than most. No biggy though. They charged my CC at the time of order which I thought was weird, but no complaint since I did get my DVD shortly after the Canadian street date. Their prices seem high and judging from what I am hearing in this thread, I probably wouldn't order from them again.
