Does Amazon apply your GC balance to the first items to ship? or the last ones?
EX: I order 3 titles for $20 each ($60 total), and I have $40 in GC's. The first 2 items ship together, followed by the last one. Is the total for the first two $0, and the last one $20? Or vice-versa?
Basically, I want to place an order, but don't have all my GC's yet, but I will a month from now. Thanks in advance.

why don't you order than all separately then? You can apply a $5 referal promo GC to each order to cover the extra shipping cost + you'll end up a couple bucks ahead than if you ordered them all in 1 big order.
