From: Manor,Texas,
I recieved my UTB from CDNOW last night and when I pulled the shrink wrap off the big box and removed the clear slip cover I discovered that only the Disc 3 was shrink wrapped. When I pulled out the Disc 1 case it rattled and sure enough the disc was loose, scratched and cracked around the spindel hole.

My real question is, Did I recieve a previously opened box or did other people find theirs packaged the same way?

What are my options with CDNOW? Will they exchange quickly?

Thanks in advance.

I asked this same question a few days ago. Apparantly (from what everyone says) only the third disc is shrinkwrapped. As for the disc comiong off the spindle, thats just happenstance and sucks .

That's not neccessarily true. I got mine from Buy.com yesterday and none of my DVDs were shrinkwrapped. I might add that both the TS2 and supplemental third disc were fine.
