I just came here to ask the same question. A cheap item I've had on ebay for awhile just sold. I was brought to my Paypal account which asked me top click on an agree and continue tab which I didnt because it looked like I was going to be charged for shipping so I just ignored it.

After messaging information that was provided to me here and through another seller I bought from on Ebay, the item that I mentioned a few posts up finally was shipped out.

Not without issue though. The seller already is assuming that I'm going to steal the item from him upon arrival -screwy-

This person has been a small nightmare to deal with.
