JP DTS from suncoast?

When Tuesday came around, it was listed as "backorder", and then "ships in 2-3 days based on vendor availability", and now it says "ships in 24 hours."
Problem is, my order status still says it's on backorder. Two phone calls to them got my shipping refunded, and an inquiry into the holdup, but no solutions.
Anyone had their JP DTS DVD ship from suncoast yet?

The person I talked to on the phone said that it is possible that the warehouse got a "bad batch of the item" and is waiting for replacements. Have any other vendors delayed due to the reported bad copies of JP DTS?
