Quick question. Anyone know what buy.com uses to track existing customers as opposed to new customers when using coupons. Do they track by name, credit card, email or what? I tried opening a 2nd account using a 2nd email address I have, then using a $10 off coupon for new users and it still didn't let me go through. Also, what do most of the other online stores use also to track new & returning customers? Thanks
