Buy.com: Change In Shipping Prices??

Just checked out buy.com for some DVDs and noticed that 2nd day shipping is now $4.95. I know for a fact that it used to be $9.95(since Buy doesn't ship standard to Hawaii, hence the free shipping is useless to me).
Anyone know what's going on?

Just checked out their shipping rates and this is the going rate currently for their 2nd day shipping!!! They may have struck some kind of deal with their carrier hence the reduction in shipping costs for their 2nd day option!!!
