how's express.com been lately for you? i called a csr up today about my star trek tv series dvds and she said that they haven't recieved those titles yet. i quick and told her that amazon was shipping their star treks so there shouldn't be a problem. she had nothing to follow up worth anything. then i asked her if express.com was going thru any problems with other titles, and she told me that a lot of people have been complaining about not recieving their items. she said that the company has been having problems recieving items. i told her that i was going to tell a certain forum about this and she told me to do whatever.....anyone else having problems not recieving items....thanks again.

Quite a few folks have been having trouble with them as of late. There have been some rumors as to what's going on, but AFAIK they are just rumors.

Express.com finally shipped Green Legend Ran this weekend (or so they clain) after almost a month-long delay. This title was part of Pioneer's across-the-board cut on older Anime titles that took effect on August 29th, and was supposed to ship on the 29th.

I don't think asking a csr will get you any answers. If problems exist, do you expect them to tell you so that you can tell others to stop buying with them? From their standpoint, I think its completely understandable.
