After about 5 months of talking, documenting CSR names and conversations, I finally got my order; at least most of it.
Guys if you want it, your going to have to write down names, what the CSR's say, and the dates the conversations occurred. Luckily for me they had charged my CC for a small purchase amount, so they didn't have much of a leg to stand on.
You have to get the attention of the Supervisor, I fell that is what I did.
I received the following titles: Yellow Sub., Taxi Driver, Thunderball, For Your Eyes Only, and Goldeneye.

Sound familiar? Ordered a bunch of DVDs last November, then waited...and waited. I called them last week, and the CSR said she'd call me back. She didn't. I called again and was told the same thing by another CSR. This time, she did get back to me - problem was, it wasn't an order I placed! Third phone call, and the CSR said they can no longer track orders by the order numbers on their site, and asked if I had my order confirmation - from 9 months ago!!!! I gave her one, and was told I'd be contacted. I wasn't. Do you think they feel any remorse?

Ordered 7 DVDs in January. Eventually got 2 of them in May. Then, in June, I called a CSR and she told me they no longer offered some of my remaining 5 (the Bloody X-mas Pack) and the others were out of stock. She said I could pick 5 other titles, so I asked what was in stock. It took a while, but she eventually found a few titles, including Scream and The Crow. I said send me 3 copies of Scream and 2 of The Crow. Of the available titles they had the highest MSRPs, so I figured I'd sell them on half.com. Of course, nothing happened. The summer went by. I read posts here about people calling and reordering over and over, and I just figured I wouldn't waste my time. I forgot about it.
But, HOLY CRAP, today I got 3 copies of Scream and a form saying my 2 copies of The Crow were still on backorder!!! They even threw in 3 free packages of breath mints. It's been 8 months since I ordered, but it sure is a pleasant surprise when free DVDs (that you never thought you'd see) actually show up.
My suggestion to those still waiting: Talk to a CSR to make sure your order is for things still in stock (if not, change it). Then forget about it. Some day they'll come through.

matta, read the terms, there is a part that says the most you can earn in 50 points a day. apparently this was there the whole time. when i was calling them all the time back around january looking for my stuff and asked if i would really get it one csr told me i might not and directed me to that part of the terms.
