Check your mail.
I just got a package today from Whatshotnow.com with Britney Spears, Eminem CDs, and The Crow 2 DVD that I ordered a long time ago. Please don't tease me on these items. I was just getting rid of my Hot$.

Also, on the shipping label it says "Whatshotnot.com" in the return address. I swear. I thought it was a joke from somebody else before I opened it. I'll scan & post a pic of it when I get back home from work.

Either the boys working there finally realize how much they're company ain't too hot, or WHN processes orders paid with $HOT from their whatshotnot warehouse. That explains the darn long shipping.

How long is "long ago"??

I'm still waiting on a DVD from early November. I wonder if they'll make it to the 1yr. anniversary of my order?

haha i talke to a CSR. After I asked to talk to the manager, she asked why, and I said because I was hoping to eentually get my order and she said under her breath "well, good luck!" in a condescending way. after that im seriously thinking of going to small claims court to get the value of my movies, i mean they do charge twice MSRP so i should be able to get a nice return

Actually I have a whatshotnow order from October 10 that I never received, and I assume I never will. But I did get 2 Fight Club posters today. The best thing I got from Whatshotnow was when I ordered a Mission to Mars poster with hot dollars and got a MI:2 poster. I can't complain about free stuff, and especially when its better than what I ordered

Sent them an email threatening to sue (cause noone would answer the phones) and they sent me back a quite long appology and asked me not to do it, since they will mail my items tomorrow.

Personally, I think this is ********. But I really will take them to court. Im sick of them.

Here's what I did to get 2 free movies. I called up 3 weeks ago and was extremely polite. I wanted to get something. I was owed Yellow Submarine and Austin Powers 2 from an order in which I only received Thunderball. The young lady I spoked to checked to see if the two movies were in and they were. I never really wanted either of them so I NICELY asked if I could exchange them for something of equal value that was also in stock. She said she would check to see if they were in stock. Today I received Good Morning Vietnam & Fast Times At Ridgemont High. If you call do not jump down the person's throat even if you are right. They will do their best to help you. If you get somebody who is not helpful call back another time. www.dvdtracker.com/~dvdboy.asp

Actually, i made sure i put in about $0.25 into each order just incase this happened. they took the money out of my account months and months ago.

Also, went to see a buddy of mine who is a lawyer, said he'd take the case especially since we now have them on fraud. our suit claimes triple damages on their prices on all the 12 DVDs I orders, so it ends up being $1580 (some other non DVD items included). he said it should be open and shut. file next monday, ill keep the board posted.

I'm still waiting on one from January 11. I don't even know why they list an email for customer service because I have inquired about my dvd to their address at least 20 times and I have received no reply. I tried calling them on their 800# and I receive a recording telling me that I can't use that # from my area. When they accidently sent me two copies of one of my awhile back, they didn't hesitate sending me letters and emailing me about mailing back the extra copy. I should have ransomed it!

also, looked at that image you have up there and there seems to be some editing done to it. now i dont know if you cropped it or something, but it was definately altered.

I called 1-888-500-7776 five minutes ago. I was on hold for 5 seconds. I told the CSR I ordered The Mummy back in January and that I never received it and it was no longer listed on the website. She asked if I would like something else. I got A Fish Called Wanda as a replacement. Remember be as nice as possible. www.dvdtracker.com/~dvdboy.asp
