According to Buy.com's tracking info, I should have received two shipments on Saturday. Well, I live in an apartment complex and I was gone last weekend so I wasn't able to pick em up. They leave stuff at my door and it's never been a problem but I usually pick it up the same day it's shipped. I already checked with the post office this morning and the carrier isn't sure if he left anything for me or not. So, I wondering if someone actually picked up my movies and kept them for themselves. I can't report a missing order with buy.com yet because it hasn't been 10 days but they have been good about getting orders to me on or before the release date. So am I out $40 in movies or what? Does buy.com even offer insurance with their shipping? I've never had this happen before so I'm a little discouraged about it.
