Dell Replacement Items -- Returns?
I had to get a wireless keyboard and mouse combo replaced from Dell. They sent me a new one two weeks ago, but I haven't gotten anything from them in regards to returning the one I have. Should a return label have been included with the new keyboard, or should the rep have e-mailed me one? I'm not sure how to proceed here -- I don't want to get charged for a second one.
Edit: In fine print on the bottom that says "no part required for return." Does that mean I can just toss it out?
