Prince of Darkness DVD backorder at Twec.com ...anyone recieve?

After 2 or 3 days the new pricing system went into effect for the Image DVDs, i purchased Prince of Darkness and Singles, much to my dismay prince of darkness was on backorder and its been on backorder ever since...mebbe im blind but do they have a portion on their website where it tells if a a dvd is in or out of stock? They dont seem to want to answer their emails...

same here. i ordered 6 dvds from twec and all ended up on backorder. i've emailed them 3 times now, and still no response. i can't find a phone # for them, so i guess i'll just have to wait. this is the last time i use them. it's been 3 weeks.

Ugh...their website sucks, and their CSR's are non existant. Anyone know a phone number for this damn place?
