This might add to it. They haven't responded to my e-mails in two weeks. They have removed their phone number from the web-site, I'm sure to avoid the angry calls that must be piling up right now. Now add to all of that the fact that their backorders don't seem to be arriving, and their prices have gone up to MSRP.

I wish I would've found this site BEFORE I placed that order!

Good luck on reaching anyone. I had ordered the Planet of the Apes box set from these idiots and they never shipped it and now they don't answer my emails and I haven't even been able to get a hold of someone at DiVaDee either.

No one will verify, but I received an e-mail from one major DVD news site that said they had to stop advertising DVD jam and DivaDee because they couldn't and wouldn't pay their bills. They said that while they can't confirm it, it looks like DVD Jam and some others will go belly up by year's end.

i would not be surprised to see a number of sites trying to hold on hoping that xmas sales will save them. Of course they won't but there is always hope. i am staying with the larger players right now that have a good track record of delivering product. amazon,800.com and express.com. i would also order from checkout.com again.
