Hey all,

I read in a random post that someone mentioned you can use your accumulated fast forward points at CdNow to purchase a dvd. Is this accurate and if so how can it be done? I thought you could only use them on the crap in their little points catalog. Anyone have time to spare and give any info on this. Thanks in advance for any help.

thanks again

I don't think that's correct. One of my options was to get a free CD up to $15 (I think) in value plus s&h was extra.

pretty worthless program, it took me maybe two years to get a free cd.

If you can find a $14.99 DVD, it will work. I have seen it posted months ago. At that time, someone got Sixth Sense as a free item because it was priced at $14.99. Those were the days, my friend, we thought they'd never end...

dilligaf, one of the items in the rewards catalog is a free CD for 2800 points. Click that item. Now find any DVD that costs $15.99 or less and put it in your basket. It should show up as free (plus $4.95 shipping). I've been using my FFWD points to buy the Star Trek: TOS DVDs which CDNow sells for $14.99.
