Possible Problem With Oldies.com
I placed an order with them on 11/25. The took SEVERAL days to bill my card. Around 11/29 the card was hacked & shut down. I called them immediately. They asked me to call back after I received an email from them about the payment. I did so & gave them an e-check, which cleared on 12/3. Their site still shows "Invalid payment" & no shipping date. I just sent them an email...........

I placed an order with them on 11/29, and they charged me exactly a week later, on 12/6. There are no unauthorized charges on my card, and hopefully it stays that way. My order is still in "Currently Being Processed" mode, but Oldies seems to ships rather slowly even during non-peak periods. I expect it will ship this week. I don't recall ever having a payment problem with a media seller, and while Oldies doesn't always seem like the most organized company, when I have contacted them, they always reply very quickly and with personalized service. Feel free to nag them, but I have faith that they'll work it out.

So far I've gotten a form letter back, saying I'll get a real response on Monday. It may just be flakey web site order status updating, which is a problem with a number of media resellers.

I love IDIOT outsourced workers from Blanketastan. I got 2 emails from Oldies today.
#1: Good Morning - order # xxxxx has no payment issue, but it does not seem to have any thing to do with - (my name) or (my domain)
#2. Sent to me (using my name) at my domain (as was the first one) : Your OLDIES.com Order #XXXXX Shipped Today

I received a shipping notice yesterday as well. According to the tracking info, it will take FedEx 5 days to move my package less than 70 miles. It is Christmas time, but I've sometimes sent and received overseas packages in not much longer!
