I sold some DVDs and a book to eaglesaver.com. It was delivered on June 17, but it was never marked as received. The website claims to pay within 24 hours, but it has been over 48 hours.

No, ioffer isn't a scam. It's like ebay, but teeming with bootlegs. I used to buy and sell there and had very, very few bad experiences in terms of dishonest transactors. Just know what you're getting into beforehand.

I never had any bad experiences with them either.

I ordered 5-6 times from various ioffer sellers and had no problems, though that was several years back.

No experience with eaglesaver though, sorry OP.

In the past, they are very good to sell your stuff.
But, now! they are no longer to pay anymore.
Becarefull when you are trying to sell something to them.
6-8 months ago, they was perfect They worked very fast.
After 2 months next, a big amount of dvds were sent to them, and they try to prevent by setting a limitation at 30 per UPC.
At now(1 month ago), they didn't pay anymore.

And another one is buybackmedia. They are scam too, they hold me a lot of payments. I think they want to kill their business.

ioffer is where you go to buy bootleg shit from China.

It's great.

ioffer was great for those items that eBay started banning left and right, like bootleg CDs and DVDs of TV shows that hadn't been released. I only used the site a few times, but the sellers there seemed more honest than some of the ones on eBay.

About Eagle saver: Yes, I just did. They told me that most of my DVD's had heavy wear. I've sent them 2 boxes. Promised me 30.00 per box. Said I sent them heavy wear and only gave me 14.40 on the first box and nothing on the second box, because they said most of my DVD's had heavy wear, which was not true, I believe. To be honest, I should have take pictures of each one I sent, and I sent a lot - 2 boxes worth. I wrote a bad review and now I am cut off from looking at my account and can't send them anymore to them, not like I want to.

I am skeptical about this company and you need to read the reviews. Not the reviews on Trustpilot but look at reviews from the better business bureau. They are from out of the country. They promised to send me back the DVD's that they didn't accept. I am not sure I am going to get them back, and I will post if I see them. I may have overreacted because, again, I didn't think my movies had the heavy wear that they said they did.

Word to the wise, if you do go with this company make sure you read and watch their videos. Take pictures of the DVD's you send them. Determine if they have any scratches or heavy wear on them. They must be either new or pristine, like you've handled them with kid gloves or they won't accept them, and it will be their word against yours. When you send them, and they don't honor their quote - not sure you will receive them back. I didn't mean to be mean, but I think they could have handled me better.

Just be careful, and document EVERYTHING!

I thought I'd give this thread a bump to see if there was any additional feedback about this place. I want to clear out a bunch of old DVDs and Blu-rays but want to try to get as much for them as I can. I entered a bunch into Declutter to just get an idea on pricing for some titles. Eagle Saver is offering much better prices for some titles, but I can't find as much current information about it. Anyone have any recent experience?

At first I thought somebody found a better place to sell dvds than Mercari
