To complain or not complain (Amazon shipping)
So I have a little delema. I placed an order on Amazon on Friday and wanted it rushed but didn't want to pay $8.99 for Saturday delivery. I noticed for $3.99 I could get it on Sunday, which seems strange that they'll deliver on Sunday for less than Saturday. Anyway the item didn't come today. Do I complain over $4 or do I just let it go if it gets here tomorrow?
I don't want to be one of those people that nickle and dime Amazon for credits but what's the point of paying extra for a service that I'm not receiving.

If they offered Sunday (or any day) delivery for a charge, and you didn't get that delivery after paying that charge, I see nothing wrong with complaining about that. If I pay for shipping and they say "Get it by XX", I expect to get it by then (barring of course things like Sandy). They do a lot more shipping than I do buying, so I expect them to have some concept of how long it will take.

I'm just kind of amazed they would offer Sunday delivery on anything, to be honest. I've never seen that as an option.
At any rate, if that's what they promised but failed to deliver, I'd complain.

It does get them off the hook - they go by day numbers, not the day of the week.
Though once, they told me I'd get it on "release day, guaranteed", and I got it two days later, but that guarantee was only there right before I placed the order, not after.
