Beware of Amazon seller eDucationSupport

I've never had a problem ordering DVDs from Amazon...until now.
Looking for the best price on a Top Gun Blu-ray DVD, I thought I had hit pay-dirt for $14 plus shipping. I ordered on June 17th. and my debit card went through on June 19th. I have not received my order now does the company acknowledge confirmation.
Looks like several other buyers have been also screwed judging by the negative feedback for eDucationSupport.

Don't order from this company.

Just report it through Amazon... they'll refund you easy-peasy.

Incidentally, there's a kinda, sorta new edition of this (new packaging, digital copy) coming next month:

So you may find some even better deals if you wait a bit.

Just file a A-Z claim against the company and move on, the beauty of Amazon. I just got screwed over for the first time on the marketplace, I bought a DVD for $16.99 from a seller then 2 days later one for $4.99 from the same seller, I got the $4.99 title but never got the $16.99 title, they tried to use the Delivery Confirmation for the cheaper package that I did receive for the expensive item....contacted Amazon, got a refund within 24 hours.

A Blu-ray is not a DVD.

Don't order from this company.
Thanks for the heads-up, and I'll be sure to avoid them. But this thread should probably be in the store forum.

It's pretty much impossible to rip someone using Amazon. They are 100% buyer side and don't release funds for 30 days for issues just like this. It's why I like using them more than eBay.

TomOpus, I only checked their negative feedback after not receiving my DVD in a reasonable time frame and their not returning my emails wanting to know where my order was.

Had I seen the negative feedback, I would have ordered elsewhere.

They actually release funds every 24 hours If the seller requests. Once a A-Z claim is made, they refund the customer and deduct the amount from the sellers account, if there is nothing in the account it just goes negative until the account makes enough money back to pay amazon.
