Secondspin.com ripped me off... Anything I can do?
I sold Nip/Tuck seasons 1-5 to them last week, they list that they buy season 1-5a for $40 and 5b for $4 for a total for $44. I received an email Monday that the DVDs had been accepted for a total of $13. I emailed them and they told me they did not receive the right item and each item was credited individually. They claim season 1 to 5 has it's own UPC and is a box set. There is no season 1-5 box set and only a complete series box set, the season 1-5 is a bundle which includes a package of all the individual seasons. I'm pretty sure I even bought season 1-5 bundle from Warner brothers. Is there any thing I can do? Really sucks because saw amazon was buying the same seasons for $44 the next day so would have saved on shipping and avoided the hassle.
Thanks

There is no special packaging though. It is just shrink wrap that holds all the seasons together as a bundle. Am I supposed to keep that shrink wrap?

I think you can request to have them shipped back, but they will charge you for shipping and you will be out even more money. Secondspin is becoming more like Spun.com every day. I won't use either place anymore.

If you want to resell it to them I suppose. I can't remember, does secondspin tell you to verify the UPC so it matches?
