BING cancelling my cashback

Almost all my DD orders have had the BING cashback cancelled for them --- even if I did not use a coupon or discount..

They even cancelled my Wal-mart 20% Bing for the Farscape purchase.

Emailed customer service and they just referred me to a link with a user agreement. Bastards did not really even explain themselves.

What's worse they went in and cancelled my purchases that were already available to be redeemed --- some as far back as February. I don't understand this -- i've not abused them in any way I know.

Anyone else get this or know why it is happening?

BTW, there are a couple of purchases that were not cancelled, so it's not like my whole account is blackballed.

That's the problem with Live (now BING). Those bastards did the same to my purchases at Deep Discount. You can't talk to anyone and there's not much you can do. I really avoid them and use another cash back portal instead.

I use Bing all the time and this has never happened to me. *Knock on wood*

Is there a time limit on requesting a cash back check? I received emails from them and the way I understood the writing it seemed like I had a limited time to request a check. I've been checking their website but I can't find anything that confirms this.

Yes, they definitely make it sound like it's a 'use it or lose it' thing.

I never asked for a check until recently, and my account shows a couple of 'payments' to my ebay account, which I have no memory of and no clue what they mean. Perhaps the ebay transactions go right to your paypal balance?

Re: BING cancelling my cashback

Never had Bing cancel any cashback, but that's not to say I never had any problems with them. Earlier in the year I wasn't getting any credit for a lot of purchases I made at Barnes and Noble. Fortunately I was able to recover it all after contacting customer service. I never leave any cashback in my account when I can cash out. I immediately ask for payment to my Paypal account, so I can transfer it to my checking account.
