Well, that's why I wrote it first and then started the next paragraph with "aside from that..."

Pop is down in the pop aisle. If even a new employee can't figure that out, there are plenty of other people out there who need jobs.
In your particular instance, it was something that would've probably been easy to find via description. However, there are a lot more instances where it's easier, faster, and more accurate to locate the item via the DPCI.

and you wrote something about me being upset. No, I am not upset. Your insistence that I was doesn't make it true, either.
If it didn't upset you, why did you start a thread about it, and continue to post in it? I've had bad encounters at stores before, and all of them upset me, to some degree. That's kinda why they were bad experiences.

However, to take emotion out of it: Your encounter in the store was a negative one, in that the outcome did not meet your expectations. However, just because that particular occurrence was of sub-par performance doesn't mean that the system used is to blame, or that the system used is overall lesser to the system you would've preferred been used.

You are preaching to the choir. Reread the thread, and you will see that I think it is an asinine system as well.

Odd, since rereading the thread, I notice you wrote before:
