Anyone else having problems with DD shipping media storage units?

Anyone else having problems with DD shipping media storage units?
I ordered three CD-1000 DVD/CD storage units still listed on their web site now for orders back during the November sale:

I STILL haven't received them yet, and since it's being shipped through a third party, they still haven't got an idea of how much is in stock and when it will ship.
I have had to have a number of replacement orders on this part of my order from then (partially due to my AMEX card playing games with my credit limit, etc. that caused other problems when they recreated orders which should be fixed now since I switched it to VISA).
Anyway, at one time they sent a shipping notice a month or two ago on one of my replacement orders. I waited a few weeks and called them back to say I hadn't received it, and they indicated at that time that they had two in stock and were waiting for a third to ship the order. I told them that given how long it was, they should ship what they had and ship me the remaining one later. They recreated the order, and still no luck in terms of getting a shipping notice now. Status is now the nebulous "pick". One of the agents told me that the provisioning wherehouse they had shipped these from had had a fire over the holidays and that part of the problem was them getting stocked up again to catch up with their shipments...
Anyway, has anyone else had good luck ordering these and receiving them promptly? If so, I want to escalate this to them to get some better resolution than I've been getting.
It was quite a contrast from the last few orders I ordered shelf units with my sale orders... Though I didn't order as many large units as I did this time... With those orders (when I lived in San Diego. I just moved to Portland, Oregon), I often would receive the shelves a day or two after I placed the order even before any of my DVDS or even before I got a shipping notice from DD.
Just curious what others' experiences have been ordering storage units the last few months...
I'd cancel it and order it someplace else, but I don't think there's any place else that one could order these for $120 and no shipping (20% sale price)...
