Current problem with amazon credit

I am currently having a problem with amazon credit ( ge bank), and was curious if anyone has had the same problem, and what the resolution was.

Right after Thanksgiving, Amazon was offering some HDTV's with three years financing. The prices were good, so I purchased one for $1540.53.
When I recieved my first bill, the minium payment due would have paid the TV off in 24 months, not 36. I spoke to GE Bank, and they said that they would look into the problem, and I made a good faith payment for the amount due. Today I got my next bill, and it was the same amount due. When I called GE this time, they told me that they calculate the amount due as 1/24 of the current balance. After arguing with a supervisor that this makes no sense, since I am clearly under a promotion that should have a 1/36 due, I called Amazon. Amazon agreed with me 100 percent, and is looking into it. Amazon also agreed that if it is not resolved, they will refund me 100 percent, and pay for the shipping back to them.
Has anyone else here had this problem with their financing?
