Does Barnes & Noble guarantee orders from their 3rd party sellers like Amazon does? There's a good deal on a book from a 3rd party seller but their feedback isn't good. Will I be able to get my money back easily from Barnes & Noble if I don't get the book?

I am not sure of US laws regarding CC use but in Canada, you have 90 days to file a charge back for non-delivery of merchandise.

Yeah, but I was wondering if B & N would refund me instead of having to do a charge back on the credit card.

I'm sure they will let you do it. I've never had any problems ordering from third parties before.
