Tower.com's service improving?
I ordered eight items on April 2. Within a few hours I received e-mail notifications stating my items were being shipped, and today I received my order. That's a big improvement over my last couple of orders.

Well if the new owners wanted to keep the business as a viable entity, they'd have to be committed to improving service.
I used them sparingly in the past and had decent, if a bit slow, service.
I hope they rebound.

They've always been good and timely if the items are in stock when you order.
One ridiculous thing about Tower is they don't price adjust. The price of a pre-order CD decreased by a few dollars, and the CSR told me I had to cancel the whole order and replace it to get the new price.
