Tower.com's service improving?
I ordered eight items on April 2. Within a few hours I received e-mail notifications stating my items were being shipped, and today I received my order. That's a big improvement over my last couple of orders.

Well if the new owners wanted to keep the business as a viable entity, they'd have to be committed to improving service.
I used them sparingly in the past and had decent, if a bit slow, service. I hope they rebound. |
They've always been good and timely if the items are in stock when you order.
One ridiculous thing about Tower is they don't price adjust. The price of a pre-order CD decreased by a few dollars, and the CSR told me I had to cancel the whole order and replace it to get the new price. |
They still haven't given me my job back.
