I pre-ordered Independence Day BD from them last year but haven't received my order now, and found their site to be under maintenance since late February. I get no reply by e-mailing their sales. Is it just gone? Should I start contact my credit card company about charging my money back?

I would guess it is bye, bye. I guess you should run to your CC if they charged, it might be to late if it was last year and you are asking now.
