How reliable are they? Ever done business with them? What's with their ''Member'' price?

I order from them a fair bit. Never had a problem. The "member price" is the price you are charged after you set up a free account.

never have had a problem with them in the past 2 years with about 10 orders or so. shipping is fairly quick, but not free. and iirc, packaging is usually in a bubble envelope.

"member" price is the price you pay when you register an account, which is free.

Just really slow shipping for me, no issues otherwise. I've never had to deal with their CS.

same here. only ordered 2 or 3 times from them but have never had any hassles or problems. got everything in good condition. just have not ordered from them recently.
