Hey I ordered Unsolved Mysteries Ultimate Collection at about the 8th of June on the deep discount special 20% off.
Anyway it said it would first ship on the 12th of June. Then backordered again to the 16th of June. Then I emailed them and they said within the next 24-48 hours it will be shipped.
Still nothing.

Is this item still available?
What is taking them so long?
I emailed them today. Should get a reply sometime overnight here in Aus.

I don't really care as long as it gets shipped by the end of the month but they keep on saying yes it is coming in tomorrow but it doesn't.
Why not keep promises you can't make.
I love Deep Discount and the price for this item is so good im willing to wait but where is it?

It would only be a guess on any of our parts as to the status of your specific order. I do know they are taking awhile to ship in stock orders at the moment. I placed two orders near the end of the sale and the in-stock items have only shipped from one of them (shipped yesterday). They may also be telling you based on info they got from their supplier. It may have also been delayed getting to them.

It is always a crapshoot with DDD, I have said this many times before...Order from Amazon and you have NO heartaches.....Avoid DDD and the lure of their cheap prices/free shipping, it ain't worth it!

That isn't true. It doesn't matter what website you use. If you use it enough, you will have heartaches. I had amazon ship me women's pullover snow cleats instead of the Star Trek season I ordered (gotta admit, I thought it was funny). Every time I have had problems with DD or amazon, they took care of it. It may have taken a few emails or phone calls but they always took care of it.

Not everyone will have the exact same experiences with the same companies though. It also takes more to make some people happy. As long as I get a working dvd, it doesn't matter to me how long it takes to get to my doorstep.

But when Amazon have the item for $115 and Deep Discount have it for $63 I know which one i would go for.
Even if i do have to wait a while for it to be shipped.

Anyway now it has been backordered till the 2nd of July...

my brother ordered this during the last sale (not the one that just finished) and it took a few months to get to his house. You will get it, just you need to be patient for a couple of months.
