Have any of you that had nothing shipped last week have any luck in your queue today (or at all)? It's been exactly 7 days since I should have been sent 3 movies with absolutely no movement. I guess it's off to complaining to their CSRs yet again...

Maybe people with problems should post their distribution center to see if that same one is the one causing the problems. Mine is Denver and I had a movie ship today.

Good idea. My distribution center is in Chicago and I haven't had movies ship in a week.

"Thanks for contacting BLOCKBUSTER Online Customer Care.

I apologize for the delay in the allocation of your movies, William. Due to a temporary glitch, we are not able to ship a DVD to fill your open slot. I have forwarded your concern to our technical department for review. You should see your service resume back to normal very soon."

Now just WTF is that supposed to mean? I would say it is way past "temporary" at this point in time.

Maybe I'm jinxing myself here, but I've had VERY few issues with BBO . . . both before and after TA went live. Still a two day turnaround (for the most part) and I can't think of a time where I have had fewer than 3 unwatched movies from them in my possession (from the combination of online vids and store "while you wait" vids).

My distribution center is in Charlotte, FTR.

I'll give them one more week then I'm through with BBO. Maybe in a couple years when they get their shite together I may re-join.

I'm calling them now, and I have a feeling I'll be waiting a while since when I first tried to call I got a busy signal about 5 separate times. Good job guys. I should just ask for my money back since I haven't received a movie since I started paying.

I'm having no issues. Turnaround is within 2 days. One chick clerk at my BB is hot, so it's a little extra incentive to drop off my discs there.

I'm having problems too. The just shipped out two new movies last night, and aren't set to arrive until the 8th, which will be over a week since my last one.

I'm on the phone with them now. So far I have gotten 2 free weeks, and three coupons. I'm going to try and get them to reverse my current charges, and clear up an issue with a disc that the store lost, and are claiming I never returned. To clear up, it's a disc that I returned into the store that was store stock, not an online rental.

Well, I sent another email to them, this time asking either for a free week and some coupons or to have my membership canceled along with a refund for the charge made on 2/28. I returned movies more than a week ago, and no movement in my queue. I'm thinking this isn't worth it anymore.

I should have had something sent to me 10 days ago, and still nothing has been sent.

I have emailed them 5 times over the course of this time. They keep telling me that its a "temporary" glitch and that it should be resolved soon.

To compensate me, they have been giving me free in-store rental coupons. Problem is, they are turning up being used already. One showed up being used on 2/11 when I recieved it(and the date on it) being 2/28.

So my paid membership over the last 2 weeks has netted me a total of one in-store rental.

I have requested that they add time onto my account for the time that have been down.

Had this total access program for a little over 2 months and it ROCKS - what makes it better than NF (for me) is the fact I live 10 minutes from a BB store. I have the 4 out program and my movie watching is doubled because of the exchange the mailer for an in store dvd system. I have no problems with the mail turnaround

My glitch is my Q doesnt clear fast enough when I return. I complained via email and got a personal response and a free coupon for my troubles. NF gets the edge for more obscure titles and a better user friendly website but they throttled me severely when I was with them. When it comes to online dvd rentals, I am the fat man at the all you can eat buffet and dont like being denied

Later this year I will rejoin NF on a 2 out program and keep BB total access.

Seems like Blockbuster has started shipping to me again today. I may give them a little more time to see if their service improves. I was very tempted to cancel this week and switch to Netflix.

I would have no qualms about switching back and forth between the two companies if I felt like I was experiencing Netflix's throttling or Blockbuster's frequent "glitches." Anyone know if either site limits the number of times you can join or tries to blacklist you for creating too many new accounts (I'm not talking having multiple accounts simultaneously, obviously)?

Has anyone tried canceling their membership then re-signing again? Maybe it will throw you into a priority status or something...My next billing period is in 3 days. Since 2/9 I have had a total of 7 dvds sent to me in a month. Netflix sends me that in a week and a half.

Follow up: Screw it. I just canceled my account. I'll try signing up again next week.

I was just about to suggest that everyone who has been getting ZERO service cancel and rejoin as a NEW customer to see if we get service (with the assumption that BBO is trying to satisfy a shitload of new customers and leaving us "old" customers in the back burner).

I complained and got several coupons now but I'm still not getting anything from my Q. My distribution center is in CT.

Well, I got the "not enough in your queue" response to my email--no coupons, no free week, no customer service. They charged me on Feb 28th or so, and I haven't had a movie rental since then. What a rip. I've tried calling but the line always seems busy.

Edit: I sent another email and got 1 coupon. But still, no movies have been sent. I think 3 coupons would have been more fair (and really, 6 since I can't turn the coupon movies in for new movies).

Ah, you Denver people have it all...

Clean, fresh air...

Great skiing...

A TV show named after ya...

And a BBO distribution center that really cares about their customers...

I'm jealous.

I was surprised. Returned movie in store yesterday and a new DVD shipped today. First time I've seen 4 movies in my shipped out queue in a long time.

Let's see if I get another movie shipped tomorrow for a return in store today.

I have been lucky with them lately. It is not always like this.
