netflix has very poor customer service been member for 8 months paying $14.99 a month for 2 dvd s unlimted all was going good intil december of 2005 that is when thay started to send me 1 dvd at a time and thay kept telling me that the mail keeps lossing my returns when i send them both together (now you ask how that can be im only getting one at a time) I hold on to the frist movie intill the second one gets here in hope that the movies start coming in at 2 at a time. So in short before you sign up only sign up for 1 dvd at a time because after a short time that is all you are going to get. This is there customer service WELL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MOVIE BACK, THE MOVIE IS LOST IN THE MAIL, THE MOVIE IS NOT IN(in there web site it says in stock) so in short go to block buster on line and get your movies much better customer service THANK YOU

There's a thread a few posts below yours addressing similar issues people have had.
Appears to vary by area, I'm still having no problems with my service at all, while others in that thread are getting exactly what you describe.
By the way, please try to use punctuation, your post was very hard to read.
