I just got a newsletter in my e-mail from this company, and it seems like spam. Has anyone else ever heard of it? They're advertising out-of-print DVDs (like, "The African Queen," although I don't remember it ever being released on DVD. If it's legit, I want it; that movie rocks.)

No, they're not legit. Yes, it's spam from China.
A simple google search would show you that, and since we don't discuss places to buy bootlegs...
