Let me start with the story:

I received the Batman Anthology for Christmas, and everything is fine and dandy except for Batman Returns. The thing that holds the DVD in place is broken for Disc 2. I didn't break it though. I just opened it and it was already broken.

I have the receipt. Do you think Target will let me exchange it for another Batman Anthology?

I would imagine they would let you exchange it. When i did Customer Service for Target awhile back, I know that's something i'd let you exchange anyway
