B&M that are difficult exchanging FS for OAR?

I've gotten gifts in the past from relatives that are FS only, that I've needed to exchange for the OAR. I know the safest way is to say a disc that has both. But when it will happen, what are good places to exchange FS for OAR?

I've done this at WalMart and BB. Just leave it un-opened and explain that you want the same movie, but the other version...

If it has the price tag on it, obviously go there.

After Christmas, BB usually sets up a special table for exchanges... it's pretty easy to do. WalMart is the easiest place I've ever been to as far as exchanges go, but the line is usually much longer.

It shouldn't be too difficult to ask where the DVD was purchased and do it there.

I've had really good luck at Suncoast. They exchanged a scratched up B5 Season set with floaters even though I told them I'd gotten it online.
