is this place legit?

i want to buy 24-season 3 and i did the price search comparison on the top of the dvdtalk page, and they came out with the best price ($28!). anyone ever bought from them? their rating looks very good.

never heard of em..pricegrabber has some sort of guarantee..but i can't think it'd be any worse than ebay...
