DDD packaging
I just got my DVDs from the DDD sale and my TMNT DVD is cracked on the top of the case and my Freaks DVD is a floater and scratched up REALLY bad. Back they go on Monday and I have to pay shipping back to them.

Contact DDD, they'll send you a prepaid mailer (they can send it via email). When they get the DVDs they'll send new copies.
If you already contacted them, and they told you you have to send them back at your cost, contact them again. I've had to do this 2 or 3 times, and I've never had to pay.
