Supermediastore.com annoyance...
Thought I might post this for people who buy from them for cases and blanks.
Just received my shipment of 100 jewel cases, 200 blanks and a couple of other things.
1) shipped in a box that is way too large for what was inside it.
2) included very little padding
3) had about 5 jewel cases cracked (haven't had a chance to look at all of them)
4) 100 of the 200 blanks were floating around the package. They had flimsy wrapping around them which apparently broke open and they all went flying around the case...because they were packaged so horribly.
Ugh. Can't get anyone on the phone. Hoping to get this resolved today with them.

Not that it helps now, but I use (and I've never had any problems with) Meritline. If they are not running a sale on the item you are interested in, their prices can be a little higher than supermediastore's (like 2-4 cents per disc more), but they have always packaged my orders very well and I've never had a problem with them at all.

Never got a phone call back. Had to call again today. Now they have to file a claim with UPS. UPS has to come pick up the merchandise...and then I assume once that is rectified, I have to wait for ANOTHER package.
