Beware. I was going to cancel BB since Netflix is cheaper for me at $15.99. I go to cancel and get this message, saying if I don't cancel I will get $14.99/mo. So I don't cancel but I get billed the full amount. Then when I go to the cancel screen I see the $14.99/mo doesn't go into affect until ONE FULL YEAR FROM NOW. That's BS. Who is going to expect that they have to wait a year to get this price? It's really easy to overlook this because the price is in bold print vs the date and you just don't expect to have to check the date on an offer like this. Just for this I am going to rent like 20 movies this month and stick it to them.

I would call customer service and have them take care of the problem. When I was a member, I found them more helpful than Netflix's customer service (if you can call it that).
