I'm on week 3 of my first paid week, following a month trial. Last week they really slowed down, oddly enough around the same time I decided to catch up some older titles since I was paying for the service. I still have another 10 days to see how the speed is, but I'm mailing them from the same place every time, so it'll be obvious if I'm being throttled.
If I am, I think I'll lay off the online rentals for a bit.. I do need an excuse to watch all 5 Seasons of the Sopranos on the way!

I think this qualifies as a "trick"... I sent back 2 DVDs last Thurs, they check in and the replacements were sent out Friday and I get them on Sat, even though the PO was closed on Friday
I guess behind the scenes mail was still going through. Anyway that's one thing I have noticed though is that if you send it to them later in the week you're more likely to get a 1 day turn around. Maybe it's just me though...
