Mine was delayed last month and the CSR said it should be on it way.
I don't know if it was actually in the mail or if she issued another one because I complained but I eventually got it.
Try and give them a call. If you threaten to cancel the card, they'll take care of you.

I earned a GC during my last credit card billing period but haven't received it yet. I just got the statement yesterday and usually get the GCs not long after. So far I haven't had any problems or delays. Hopefully this is not going to be a new trend with the Amazon card.

Needs to contact an admin about multiple accounts
I used to get mine within a few days of getting my statement that says I have earned one. This time it took 3 weeks and an email of complaint to get it.

Mine came as soon as I paid for the credit card bill last month. I was very pleased I didn't have to call and ask for it.

My bill and GC used to arive on the same day. Now I am on business day 12 and I haven't received my GC yet. They say 10 -14 days so if it's not in my hands in the next couple days I will have to follow up on it.
This would be the first time I'd ever had a problem and this is the first time I have had points redeemed since the card moved from Bank One to Chase. Coincidence?

I haven't received my $25 gift certificate and it's been two weeks.
I just called their customer srevice (1-888-247-4080) and asked them what was the deal as the're always on top of these and I normally receive them within a couple of days of the statement.
They asked when I ordered the gift certificate. I then had to explain to them how their program worked and that it should be automatic after charging $2500. They put me on hold for a minute and when they came back, they said it had been mailed to me yesterday, so I should have it within a week.
I think it has to do with Bank One changing to Chase.

I should have received a gift certificate from my last statement. It has been 15 business days. Guess I need to contact them. This is annoying. The previous Gift Certificate came within 5 days.

Two months ago mine was delayed (but it eventually showed up). This month it is delayed again When it happened last time I called up the CS# on the back of the card and the person was ablel to tell me when it was shipped out, it showed up a couple of days after that.

mine was late too, the lady thought i was talking about the $30 off my first purchase (had my card for months now) and i too had to explain the rewards program. she finally figured it out and said she would send me another one.
anyone ever report theirs missing and then actually get theirs? what if i get the "real" one tomorrow and then i get the "replacement" one in 2 weeks? then i'm worried they're gonna cancel each other out and then i'll be even in a worse position than i was to begin with.

My GC still hasn't arrived after being about a week overdue. So I decided to give customer service a call yesterday to find out if it was mailed. They told me it was mailed out on the 15th of the month, or actually the 17th since it was on a Monday. The CSR said to give them a call back the next Monday if it hasn't arrived, and they would send out another one.

You get 3 points for every $1 you spend at Amazon, and 1 point for ever $1 you spend anywhere else.
So no, with only spending $150 or so, you're not supposed to get anything.

Good to know (about the delay).
I've had my ups and downs with the amazon card.....but they usually fix everything pretty quickly. I had my card stolen a few weeks ago, and I had another setup rather quickly. An unexpected consequence was $30 off my first purchase from amazon (though I already got it when I originally signed up). Sure it was a hassle to have my card stolen, but I got Arrested Development Season 1 & 2 for dirt cheap.

This is what I got from Amazon in response.
They want me to contact Chase Visa.
My statement said that I had earned a gift certificate,
isn't it Amazon's responsibility to send it out!
-------------------------------------------------------
Thanks for writing to us at Amazon.com.
As you may know, Amazon.com provides the original promotional
certificate offered for customers who are pre-approved for our
Amazon.com Platinum Visa card.
However, only Chase has the information which would be necessary to
locate and verify your $25.00 Reward Points gift certificate, and
they will need to request a new gift certificate claim code on your
behalf.
To obtain your Reward Points certificates, we ask that you contact
Chase's customer service team to assist you. Please specify that
you need a new Reward Certificate when contacting them.
You will find an e-mail form at Chase's web site, or you may contact
them by phone:
