anyone use dvdevo.com???

i did a price search for nip/tuck season 2 and this site has $27.10. it also has new releases for $6.80. It seems like a scam with bootlegs and the like but on the off-chance it isn't, has anyone bought from this site before?

It has movies that are still in theaters for less then $7; obviously bootlegs/scam.
