I ordered two copies of the same movie from DDD during last week's big sale and need to get a refund for one.

If I use the mailing label that's on the shipping order, I would still have to pay for shipping, correct?

I have called them in the past when I received a defective one and they sent pre-paid return label but that took some time and once they never sent one even though I called them twice, well, they finally did send one but that was like 8 weeks after I first called them. I guess you could always try a B&M store like Walmart. I have never done that though.

Yes, you have to pay shipping unless the disc itself is defective.
