I want to speak to a person at bestbuy.com, because they sent me a package that I never received, and the post office says that it must be lost.

But the phone number on their web site is only an automated system, and there is no option that lets me speak to a person. So I tried to use their web site to send them an email, but when I click "submit", it comes back with a unhelpful error message, even though I have filled out all the fields.

This is frustrating! How do I reach them?

You can navigate and eventually get to a real person.

usually if you hit zero a bunch of times you'll get a person or if they have a option saying "hit #" if you don't have a touchtone phone (who the hell doesn't have a touchtone phone anymore) usually brings you to a person

Thanks guys. The menu navigation doesn't make it obvious how to get to a person (I guess they want to make it as difficult as possible), but I was able to figure it out. But their email system seems to be having problems, as I'm supposed to receive an email with a claim form from them, and it still hasn't arrived after 4 hours. I called them again a half-hour ago, and they said they would try to re-send it, but that one also hasn't arrived yet!

I won't be surprised if their fax machine won't be working when I try to fax in the form.

Now that would be funny to watch someone trying to do.
